This is a November 1995 photograph of a crêperie in an unknown location in Nice, France. The menu of the day was leg of lamb with herbs of provence and the house ratatouille for 58 French Francs. The below menu announced omlettes provencales with mixed salad for 50 French Francs. The sign on the left side of the image identifies Cafe des Artistes as a cafe, gallery and tea room offering ice cream cones, coffee, tea, fruit juice and beer. A table with table cloth, a chair and art on the wall is visible inside the cafe on the right side of the photograph. I tripped the shutter for this image because it seemed very representative of other French cafes of the time.
